Have you ever gone to grab something out of the cabinet above the sink, only to accidentally drop it into the sink? That happens to me from time to time. What irritates me, however, is when there are suds in the sink that get all over whatever it is I dropped.
It occurs to me that if you are washing your hands and when you finish there are still suds in the sink, you either a) used entirely too much soap, and/or b) you didn't adequately finish rinsing the soap from your hands. Whichever the case, I think you should make sure all the suds are gone from the sink before you leave the area, and leave the sink as you found it: clean and neat.
Although, I suppose I should just be satisfied that people are actually washing their hands...
